Yoga to us is to live in Harmony with the self, with others and with the nature around us.
Our focus is to obtain the right balance between Mind, Body and Soul by creating a conducive environment and appropriate yogic practices. Asana is an important aspect of Yoga and we use this as a tool to understand our body, be aware of our movements and to have a healthy and flexible body. However, people who wish to use Asana as a tool to build muscles, and do an acrobatic or gymnastic type of practice are highly discouraged to join our retreats. Our style of Asana is from the Classical Hatha Yoga.
